Individual Rights
According to the Constitution...
Individual rights according to the US Constitution and Bill of Rights include fundamental liberties and protections granted to American citizens. Some of the key individual rights outlined in the Bill of Rights (the first ten amendments to the Constitution) include:

Freedom of Speech
The First Amendment protects the right to free speech, allowing individuals to express their opinions without government censorship.
Freedom of Religion
The First Amendment also guarantees the freedom of religion, ensuring that individuals can practice their faith without government interference.
Freedom of the Press
The First Amendment protects the freedom of the press, allowing for independent journalism and the dissemination of information.
Right to Bear Arms
The Second Amendment grants the right to bear arms, subject to certain regulations and restrictions.
Protection from Unreasonable Searches and Seizures
The Fourth Amendment safeguards individuals from unreasonable searches and seizures by law enforcement and requires warrants based on probable cause.
Right to a Fair Trial
The Fifth Amendment guarantees due process of law, protection against self-incrimination, and the right to a fair trial.
Protection from Double Jeopardy
The Fifth Amendment also prohibits individuals from being tried twice for the same crime.
Right to Legal Counsel
The Sixth Amendment ensures the right to legal counsel and a speedy and public trial.
Protection from Cruel and Unusual Punishment
The Eighth Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.
Protection of Rights Not Enumerated
The Ninth Amendment states that rights not explicitly mentioned in the Constitution are still retained by the people.
Powers Reserved to the States
The Tenth Amendment reserves powers not delegated to the federal government to the states or the people.
These individual rights are foundational to the principles of liberty and justice in the United States, and they serve as a cornerstone of the country’s legal system and democracy.
And yet these rights are being trampled on everyday by the bloated, “corrupt to it’s core” Federal Government and the alphabet government organizations. Think of the J6er’s that sat in prison for 3+ years without a trial, without bail, no hearings and were subjected to cruel and unusual punishment.
When will enough be enough? It is well past the time for the people to stand up, to be bold and speak out against this government!
Who is the largest employer in the World?
Answer: The US Federal Government
This must change!
